-We are a green business founded with the belief that businesses need to operate with the intentions of healing others and healing the earth. We recycle, reuse and compost.

-A Peaceful Sanctuary, LLC  is bright and cheery and has wonderful magical energy. Much of the beautiful art and furniture that is in our home is made by local artists from our area.

-We are located 1 mile off I-5 exit 195A in Springfield, Oregon, the Gateway/Riverbend area. We are in the city but on the edge of the wilderness. The beautiful McKenzie River is a 5 minute walk with amazing views of the surrounding Coburg Hills. Within a few miles, you’ll find Mt Pisgah to climb, Owen Rose Garden to explore, a mall, post office, grocery stores, theaters, The Hult Center, many restaurants, liquor store, banks, post office and a dry cleaners.

-For Autzen Stadium Duck games, the

U of O. and Eugene Airport, as well as downtown Eugene is just a short 10 minute drive. No need to drive to Duck Games. The shuttle buses to the games are only 1 block away.

Rates

Regular rates        $100.00 per night

Holiday and special events rates $190.00 per night-call for dates

We require a 2 night minimum for Duck game weekends

9.5% Oregon Hotel tax

$200.00 refundable damage deposit which is refunded back to you the day of departure, plus a photo copy of a valid credit card. This credit card number will be shredded after house cleaning and your money is refunded.

$50.00 clean fee if the house if left as clean as when you arrived and the sheets and towels to be washed are left on the back porch upon departure. Any additional cleaning is charge to you at $25.00.

Deposits are not refundable if cancellations is 60 days prior to reservation. Reservations must be paid at the time the reservation is placed unless other arrangements are made.

It is no longer possible for us to absorb credit card fees. If paying by credit card 3.05% paypal fee and our 1.95% process fee is added to your invoice. Ask us how to avoid all fees.
